Application:
SHJLPACK presents GS300 wire wrapping machine. It is used extensively in outside wrapping of wire coil, steel coil, copper coil, and pipe coil. The wrapped package is neat and secure. Additionally, it is resistant to water and dust.

Basic features:
1. The machine uses parts of only reputed brands.
2. In case of a problem, automatic alarm is provided by the indicator.
3. For setting packing position, encoder is used.
4. A converter aids to turning ring control.
5. Based on need, overlap rate can be adjusted.
6. Package height can be adjusted for various outside diameters.
7. Material tension allows automatic adjustment.
8. A special braking device for controlling packing material tension. This helps in preventing material folding.
9. The product is protected by solid steel supporting and protection rollers with polyurethane coating.
